Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings — changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.
What counts as a feedback request?
Each unique customer feedback link you send counts as one request for that billing period. Reminders sent for the same request don't count again.
Do you offer a free trial?

What happens if I go over my monthly request limit?
